Job summary

SCC in the United Kingdom is seeking an AV Project Engineer to own the technical delivery of AV projects from conception to installation. The role requires willingness to obtain security clearance and a full UK driving licence.

You will collaborate with project managers, develop engineering drawings, review BOMs, and lead onsite engineering to ensure on-schedule project completion. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to diagnose complex system problems and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio and Stardraw required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight from conception through installation and completion.
• Review Bills of Material and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create engineering drawings and AV schematics.
• Attend client sites for technical surveys and liaise with contractors.
• Lead onsite engineering and ensure staff have required skills.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and installation teams.
