Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level vehicle services in a hybrid store setting. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and learning every aspect of store operations.

Pay range is $16.00 - $23.90 per hour, with a focus on growth opportunities within Firestone Complete Auto Care. Benefits include training, ASE certifications, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role combining customer service and basic vehicle service tasks.
• Provide 75% customer service, sales and issue resolution; 25% basic vehicle service (oil, tires, fluids).
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
