Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) as a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure total customer satisfaction with timely completion of tasks.

The role offers growth opportunities within Firestone Complete Auto Care, with a pay range of $15.20–$22.71 per hour and benefits including medical, vacation, and training support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
