Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level vehicle services in a hybrid store setting.

The role blends frontline customer service with basic automotive tasks; growth potential includes opportunities to advance to Manager-On-Duty and learn all store operations. Pay range: $16.80 - $25.10 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role balancing customer-facing tasks with basic vehicle service duties (oil, tires, fluids).
• Assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.
• Open/close store, manage inventory and displays as needed.
