Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to support customer needs and perform entry-level vehicle services in a hybrid store environment. This role provides exposure to store operations and career growth opportunities within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

The position emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and learning basic vehicle services, with a pay range of $17.60 to $26.29 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution while assisting customers (hybrid role).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil changes, tires, and fluids.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays.
• Assist Manager or act as Manager-on-Duty in certain circumstances to support development.
