Zusammenfassung

The Hanover Insurance Group in Itasca, IL is seeking an Auto Physical Damage Adjuster to join our claims team on a hybrid schedule. You will manage moderately complex auto claims from intake to resolution, determine coverage, investigate, and negotiate settlements with insureds and third parties.

You'll collaborate with underwriting, legal, and other stakeholders, maintain accurate claim data, and mentor junior adjusters while upholding regulatory and company standards.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of Auto claim-handling experience.
• Guidewire experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic internet navigation.
