Job summary

Zurich North America oversees a claims role with a hybrid model, allowing flexibility between home and office locations. You will handle auto bodily injury claims, coordinate with internal and external attorneys, and develop strategies to resolve cases efficiently.

Responsibilities include assessing damages, establishing reserves, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Bonus eligibility applies and location options include multiple North American offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Claims or Insurance.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 2+ years in Claims.
• HD or equivalent with 4+ years in Claims or Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handle auto bodily injury claims with varying complexity.
• Collaborate with attorneys internally and externally.
• Develop case strategy and assess damages for claims.
• Establish reserves within authority and ensure timely resolutions.
• Ensure legal compliance and refer to subrogation/fraud teams.
