Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring a Claims Specialist I to join our Auto Direct Markets Claims Team. You will interpret, investigate, and evaluate auto policies and coverage issues while mastering claims handling and industry best practices.

This hybrid role supports reporting to one of our NA Claims offices (Atlanta, Addison TX, Schaumburg IL, Omaha NE). You will own claims from start to finish, manage auto liability, PD, and garagekeepers losses, and build partnerships with customers and brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Claims/Insurance.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years in Claims/Insurance.
• Zurich Claims Training Program with 2+ years in Claims/Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, investigate, and evaluate auto policies and coverage issues.
• Own claims from start to finish, resolving them efficiently.
• Manage auto liability, PD and garagekeepers losses, and vendor relationships.
