As a Claims Specialist, you will manage auto liability property damage and Direct Market/Garagekeepers losses involving dealership inventory and vendors responsible for customer vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in claims/insurance.
• 4+ years in claims or insurance if no degree.
• Must obtain and maintain adjuster license(s).
• Strong knowledge of auto policies and state regulations.
• Experience with garage policies and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, investigate, and evaluate auto policies and coverage issues.
• Manage auto liability, property damage, and garagekeepers losses.
• Own claims from start to finish and resolve efficiently.
• Build partnerships with customers and brokers and drive service quality.
