Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support lateral attorney recruiting with a focus on the East Coast, London, and Brussels offices. The role requires coordinating interviews across time zones, candidate screening, and collaboration with HR and onboarding teams.

The position is hybrid, based in New York or Washington, DC, with responsibilities spanning candidate logistics, European contract drafting, and recruiting events support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services is strongly preferred.
• Experience with European employment contracts and related documents is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Screen candidate materials and coordinate interviews across multiple offices and time zones.
• Schedule interviews for East Coast, London, and Brussels offices; manage cross-office coordination.
• Ensure timely candidate communication and experience throughout the process.
• Draft European employment contracts, offer letters, and related documents; obtain required paperwork.
