Based in New York or Washington, DC, you will support attorney recruiting across East Coast and Europe, coordinating interviews across time zones, preparing European contract drafts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview to hire.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters, Onboarding, and HR, with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with European employment contracts and hiring procedures is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of attorney recruiting processes and legal employment issues.
• Ability to manage multiple time zones and offices with discretion and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Screen candidate materials and coordinate introductions to practice group leaders and partners.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for East Coast offices and Europe across time zones.
• Maintain candidate communications and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare initial drafts of European employment contracts and offer letters; confirm receipt of documents.
• Collaborate with London and Brussels offices on candidate logistics and hiring processes.
• Support recruiting events, including logistics and materials for Patent Agent hiring.
• Maintain candidate tracking systems and generate recruiting reports.
• Ensure a smooth transition from interview to hire with recruiters and onboarding.
