Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, driving day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and regional growth.

This hybrid role favors someone in the Boston area but allows remote work. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage KPIs and customer relationships, and prepare leadership updates as the region scales toward a Regional Director role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional initiatives from scope to milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Build systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items.
• Analyze operating and financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Act as a thought partner to the Regional Director and prepare leadership updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to move regional priorities forward.
• Support customer relationships and field operations; solve regional issues.
• Tackle special projects like market expansion and process improvements.
