Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks an Associate Regional Director/Chief of Staff for the East Coast to partner with the Regional Director and drive day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives across the region. You will translate priorities into plans, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and provide leadership insights to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or similar.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on details.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking tools.
• Curiosity, humility, and an owner mindset.
• PACE/senior care/healthcare multi-site ops experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional initiatives from start to finish, setting scope, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items.
• Analyze operating and financial data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities and turn into recommendations.
• Act as thought partner and extension of the Regional Director; prepare for meetings and draft communications.
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to move priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations.
• Take on high-impact special projects as they arise.
