Comprehensive Mobile Care seeks an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, translating priorities into actionable plans and providing leadership insight.

This role covers operations, customers, people, financial performance, and growth across the East Coast. Applicants should be equipped to manage complex projects, build KPI tracking systems, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with many stakeholders from start to finish.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish with defined scope, timelines and owners.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items; prevent items from slipping.
• Analyze operating and financial data, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Act as a thought partner and extension of the Regional Director; prepare for meetings and draft communications.
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move regional priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations; assist with problem solving.
• Tackle high-impact special projects such as market expansion or process improvements.
