Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Associate Regional Director to support the East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, translating priorities into actionable plans and driving operational excellence.

The role covers operations, customers, people, financial performance, and growth, with potential progression to Regional Director. Hybrid work with on-site presence preferred in the East Coast, especially near Raleigh-Durham.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or similar roles.
• Strong record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills with data-to-insight ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish, with clear scope, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items.
• Analyze operating and financial data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Act as a thought partner and extend the Regional Director’s capacity; prepare materials for leadership.
• Help run the region’s cadence of meetings, reviews, and reporting for alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move regional priorities forward and remove obstacles.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations.
