Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, translating priorities into plans and driving execution across operations, customers, people, and financial performance.

This hybrid role offers remote work with in-person presence and a preference for candidates in or near the Boston area. You will collaborate with regional teams and field staff, accelerating initiatives and delivering

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Owner mindset with curiosity and humility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish, setting scope, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items; ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Analyze operating and financial data, spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Act as a thought partner and extension of the Regional Director; prepare for meetings and follow up on decisions.
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting to keep teams aligned.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to move regional priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations; help solve problems in the field.
• Tackle high-impact special projects such as market expansion or process improvements.
