Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Associate Regional Director/Chief of Staff for the East Coast to support our growth across the region. The role partners closely with the Regional Director of East Coast Operations and requires blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting.

The position emphasizes project management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, customers, and field teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• A strong record of managing complex projects with many stakeholders from start to finish.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare materials for senior leaders.
• Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent leadership well.
• The ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking tools.
• Curiosity, humility, and an owner mindset.
• Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, on-site care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish.
• Build and maintain the systems the region uses to track priorities, commitments, KPIs, and action items.
• Analyze operating and financial data, spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Act as a thought partner and extension of the Regional Director; prepare for meetings and draft communications.
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting for alignment.
