Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, driving day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives to improve regional performance.

You will work across operations, customers, people, financials, and growth, with an eye toward eventually taking on broader ownership and a path to Regional Director.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role
• Strong track record of managing complex projects with many stakeholders from start to finish
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways and recommendations
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including the ability to prepare materials for senior leaders
• Good judgement, discretion, and the ability to represent leadership well
• The ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on detail
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking tools
• Curiosity, humility, and an owner mindset
• Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, on-site care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate key regional initiatives from start to finish with clear scope and milestones
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items
• Analyze operating and financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and make recommendations
• Act as thought partner and extension of the Regional Director; prepare for meetings
• Help run the region's cadence of meetings, reviews, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional work to move priorities forward and remove roadblocks
• Support key customer relationships and field operations; solve problems
• Take on high-impact projects such as market expansion or process improvements
