Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Seven years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the associate recruiting function for the local office and supporting the Recruiting Committee with Summer Program management.
• Staying current on employment laws and market trends while partnering with office leadership to enhance the firm’s competitive edge.
• Building relationships with firm leaders and regional law schools, providing data and reports to support strategic goals.
• Leading a team, coordinating staff workload, and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
