• Minimum 7 years in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Minimum 7 years cumulative experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the associate recruiting function for the local office and Summer Program.
• Coordinate hiring of summer associates, new associates, and judicial clerks as applicable.
• Stay updated on employment laws, market trends, and competitor policies.
• Build relationships with firm leadership and regional law schools; generate reports for strategy.
• Lead a team of staff, assign tasks, and manage workflow during peak periods.
