Job summary

Latham & Watkins in New York is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support entry-level hiring of associates, including the summer program and campus outreach, while liaising with law schools and developing strategies and budgets. This role will be located in our New York office with a hybrid schedule possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in legal recruitment or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence, GPA calculations, and maintain candidate records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and other recruitment professionals.
• Plan and execute logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation, programming, events, and offer letters.
• Develop and monitor budgets and expenses for outreach and recruiting efforts, and collaborate to identify new marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee, assist in managing long-term hiring goals, and prepare recruitment statistics and reports.
