Job summary

CellCarta is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Conduct) to support management of clinical studies in a hybrid schedule at our Naperville, IL location. You will coordinate internal and external partners to drive on-time, on-budget delivery within the CellCarta Quality System.

The role focuses on study conduct, sponsor communications, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration, with growth through hands-on project management in oncology trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant life sciences field.
• 1–2 years of project management support experience or CRA experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global clinical studies from setup through close-out.
• Lead sponsor calls and governance meetings as assigned.
• Schedule sample testing and monitor progress of each study.
• Oversee result reporting to sites and sponsors.
• Monitor study budgets and prepare invoices for sponsors; project future revenue.
• Maintain professional communication with sponsor and cross-functional teams.
