Job summary

CellCarta is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Set-Up) to coordinate clinical study set-ups and ensure compliant delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will learn project management methodologies while supporting a cross-functional team and taking on increasing responsibilities.

The role emphasizes study set-up activities from project award to initiation, with collaboration across internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medicine.
1–2 years of project coordination, project management, clinical research, or related support experience.
Curious and teachable with a positive, energetic attitude.
Proven ability to manage complex projects to completion with good prioritization.
English proficiency, both written and verbal, at a professional level; MS Office skills including Power BI.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate clinical study set-up activities from project award through initiation.
Draft the analytical plan with client and internal teams.
Coordinate set-up activities, timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
Support regulatory documentation submissions when required.
Host client kick-off meetings and manage scope changes.
Maintain accurate study set-up documentation and meeting minutes.
Escalate set-up risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner.
