Job summary

Cardiovascular Research Foundation is seeking an Associate Project Manager in New York, NY. You will lead project plans, budgets, and timelines for clinical trials, coordinating with sponsors and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

The role requires a strong background in clinical research, GCP/ICH knowledge, and effective communication. A hybrid work model is available with two in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related clinical research experience; cardiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development of project deliverables including PM plan, budget,Timeline, risk and communication plans.
• Coordinates with study sponsor and Foundation teams to meet timelines and budget.
• Ensures compliance with policy, SOPs, GCP, and regulations.
• Manages day-to-day operations of multiple clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Provides updates and KPIs to study team and sponsor; tracks issues.
• Participates in project team meetings and prepares implementation guidelines.
• Maintains professional expertise through familiarity with clinical literature.
• Manages cross-functional components: Biometrics, Safety, Core Labs, IT, Regulatory, QA.
• Develops target timelines and trial-specific guidance documents.
• Assists in staff training on research conduct and FDA/ICH requirements.
