Job summary

CellCarta is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Conduct) to oversee clinical study delivery in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on coordinating internal and external partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget results, and adherence to the Quality System. The team emphasizes learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

You will manage studies in oncology for pharma/biotech partners, build strong client relationships, and advance your PM expertise in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medicine.
• 1–2 years of project management and/or CRA experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Professional English communication; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical projects within scope, time, and budget with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate sponsor calls and governance-level sponsor meetings.
• Schedule sample testing and monitor the progress of each study.
• Oversee reporting and archiving to ensure compliance with CellCarta's Quality System.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies as part of the team.
