Elevance Health is seeking an Associate General Counsel - Litigation to oversee defense and, when appropriate, affirmative litigation for health plans. The role involves internal investigation, strategic decision-making, and partnering with business teams and outside counsel to manage cases.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active license, and at least 9 years of industry or technical legal experience post-licensure, with preferred experience managing outside counsel and health law matters.

Formación

• Requires a JD, current license to practice law, and a minimum of 9 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure.
• Experience managing outside counsel strongly preferred.
• Experience managing litigation and investigations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages defensive and affirmative litigation for health plans.
