Job summary

Verizon seeks an Associate Director - Systems Analysis to lead principal engineers and drive the end-to-end design of new products for the Verizon Value Organization (VVO). You will align technical requirements with business goals, collaborate with VVO Agents, National Retailers, and external partners, and guide multi-year roadmaps for systems and customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four years of comparable work experience.
Eight+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience managing complex programs and projects with technical and system requirements.
Experience working in consumer customer-facing channels such as Indirect, Retail, Digital, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and leadership using data and strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of principal engineers to develop requirements and business cases for product builds and enhancements.
Oversee systems vendor management and integration planning.
Manage a multi-year technology roadmap for solutions and product enhancements.
Develop internal and external communications for enhancements with Sales Ops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile to deliver results.
