This role combines transactional duties with strategic initiatives to onboard, develop, and train faculty and staff, reflecting the school’s values and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years in business roles focused on faculty affairs, HR, or higher education administration.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage all facets of faculty affairs including searches, promotion/tenure, and renewals.
• Oversee staff hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and related processes.
• Implement orientations, development events, and programming for faculty and staff.
• Oversee faculty research administration including grant proposal development and management.
• Coordinate HR/ISSS processes for visas when necessary.
