Join your team as DIRECTOR EMP & LABOR RELATIONS at Temple Health – Temple University Health System.

Oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the labor relations function of the HR department for TUH and TASB. Provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of HR issues, delivering feedback and linkage to the Human Capital Service departments and their site’s senior leadership team. The position also functions as a business partner, handling multiple departments as part of their portfolio, managing complex employee and labor relations issues on a daily basis. Oversees the HR staff in the labor department.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• 3 Years experience in an HR Leadership Role (Required)
• 5 Years experience in labor relations (Required)
• General experience and proven ability to manage grievances and arbitrations independently (Required)

Credentials

• PHR – Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
• SPHR – Senior Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
