Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years of Foreclosure, Replevins, Evictions, or Collection experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure and related court proceedings.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage case workflow and ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend court hearings in-person or virtually.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver client-focused service.
