Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our hybrid team and advance creditors’ rights practice. You will work with senior attorneys to represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters while leveraging our technology-driven environment.

Qualified candidates are NC-licensed with 0–4 years of experience; foreclosure, bankruptcy, or collections exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
• 0–4 years of legal experience considered.
• Foreclosure, bankruptcy or collections experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
