LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Pennsylvania Foreclosure team. This role offers the opportunity to represent financial institutions, work with a tech-forward practice, and develop a broad skill set across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation.

Hybrid work in Wayne, PA combines courtroom experience with flexible collaboration. Pennsylvania license required; 3+ years of foreclosure experience preferred; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania (required).
• 3+ years of Foreclosure, Replevin, Evictions, or Collection experience preferred.
• Experience in a foreclosure-focused role is preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You’ll Do

The Associate Attorney provides comprehensive legal representation across all firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.

As our Associate Attorney for Foreclosure and REC, you will:

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You Bring

• Licensed in Pennsylvania (required)
• 3+ years of Foreclosure, Replevins, Evictions, or Collection experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a role that focuses on Foreclosure.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

• Travel: Court-related travel may be required
