Job summary

Stern & Eisenberg PC, based in Warrington, PA, seeks an Associate to manage foreclosure and creditors’ rights matters in a hybrid/remote role, with potential to work from PA, NJ, or NY offices. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of foreclosure and real estate litigation experience, drafting pleadings and appearing in court.

Qualifications

• J.D from ABA accredited law school is required.
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission is required; NJ/NY admissions are a plus; PA/NJ/NY district court waivers may be arranged at firm expense.

Responsibilities

• Drafts legal pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, and orders.
• Researches statutes, decisions, and legal authorities.
• Maintains case management system with data integrity.
• Travels to court appearances and client sites as needed.
• Collaborates with management, colleagues, and paralegals to ensure client service.
