LOGS Legal Group LLP in Wayne, PA is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Pennsylvania Foreclosure team. This full-time exempt role offers a collaborative, technology-forward environment with opportunities to handle foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters across a demanding caseload.

You will work with experienced attorneys and a support staff under a managing attorney, developing a well-rounded legal skill set while advancing your career in creditors’ rights law.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania is required.
• 3+ years of foreclosure, replevin, evictions, or collection experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure client requirements, laws, and court rules compliance.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You’ll Do:

The Associate Attorney provides comprehensive legal representation across all firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.

As our Associate Attorney for Foreclosure and REC, you will:

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You Bring:

• Licensed in Pennsylvania (required)
• 3+ years of Foreclosure, Replevins, Evictions, or Collection experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a role that focuses on Foreclosure.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

• Location: Hybrid - Office location in Wayne, PA
• Travel: Court-related travel may be required
