Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP seeks an Associate Attorney in a hybrid role based in Overland Park, KS. The attorney will handle foreclosure and bankruptcy matters for financial institutions, under guidance from the Managing Attorney, in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualified candidates are licensed in Pennsylvania with 3+ years of creditors' rights experience; multi-state licensure is a plus. Excellent writing and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania is required.
• 3+ years of creditors' rights experience preferred.
• Experience in bankruptcy or foreclosure matters.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and related proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person or virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused services in a high-volume practice.
