CyberCoders is seeking an Associate Attorney in the Seattle area to join a respected litigation team. You will handle a growing caseload with direct client interaction, contributing to depositions, motions, and trial preparation while developing a long-term trial practice.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Washington Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation or medical malpractice experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and trial strategy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a diverse civil litigation caseload including medical malpractice.
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues and senior trial attorneys.
