SR Staffing seeks an Associate Attorney for a Seattle-based litigation firm. The position offers exposure to a diverse civil litigation caseload and mentorship-driven growth in a collaborative environment. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence two days per week.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school and is licensed or eligible to practice in Washington. Civil litigation experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on writing, analysis, and advocacy.

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

A well-established and highly respected Seattle-based litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse litigation caseload while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and mentorship-focused environment.

The firm represents governmental entities, public organizations, businesses, and individuals throughout Washington State. The practice includes a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:

• Employment Law
• School Law
• Police Liability (use of force, false arrest, etc.)
• Civil Rights Litigation
• Wrongful Death
• Road Design and Municipal Liability

What You’ll Do

• Manage cases through all stages of litigation alongside senior attorneys
• Handle legal research, drafting, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Develop direct client relationships and increasing case responsibility over time
• Collaborate with a supportive team committed to long-term professional development

Ideal Candidate

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $200,000+, depending on experience
• Structured bonus program significantly increasing earning potential
