Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle.
• Meet with clients to evaluate claims, discuss strategy, and provide guidance.
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.
• Handle discovery and depositions; take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and case management.
• Participate in settlement discussions, mediation, and negotiations.
• Assist with trials, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings.
