JusticePoint, Inc. is seeking a Pretrial Case Manager to support clients navigating the criminal justice system. The role emphasizes empathy, accountability, and coordinating resources to promote court appearance and arrest-free outcomes.

The position requires foundational knowledge of the justice system, a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with related experience, and a valid driver’s license. In-office work four days per week with one work-from-home day is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience) in psychology, social work, sociology, criminal justice or related field.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with insurance.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and assist clients in achieving successful pretrial supervision outcomes through case management.
• Complete assessments to identify barriers and needs.
• Help ensure clients attend all court appearances and remain arrest-free.
• Refer clients to community resources and services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the client database and prepare clear court reports.
