Job summary

Haven Property Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Leasing Support Group in the Greater Kent/Renton area and surrounding Puget Sound. The role involves tenant communication, leasing, inspections, and coordinating maintenance with a hybrid work setup and occasional remote work.

You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties.

Qualifications

• Property management experience with tenant relations and lease administration.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties and coordinate maintenance.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and support lease renewals.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-in procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, inspections, and move-out processes.
• Coordinate showings, obtain keys, and manage access.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure accurate paperwork.
