11Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to assist in day-to-day operations of our Fife, WA communities. You will manage leasing cycles, interact with residents, and support on-site operations under the supervision of the Property Manager.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with housing laws, and teamwork to ensure smooth community operations. On-site work is required, with compensation offered hourly plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus and helpful for resident communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospective residents with professionalism.
• Oversee rent collection and ancillary fees, monitor aging balances, and ensure policy compliance.
• Support financial reporting with your manager and understand operating budgets and expenses.
• Draft and distribute resident communications and notices in a timely, compliant manner.
• Act as Property Manager in their absence and handle on-site operations.
