Job summary

Haven Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the Leasing Support Group serving Kent/Renton, Federal Way, and surrounding Puget Sound areas. The role combines day-to-day tenant relations, leasing activities, inspections, and coordinating maintenance, with hybrid work and remote options.

You'll report to the Operations Manager, support property managers, and ensure timely communication, move-ins, renewals, and accurate records in Appfolio.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including tenant relations, rental inspections, lease administration and coordinating maintenance
• Communication skills, problem-solving, and ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant relations and move-in processes.
• Coordinate leasing, showings and applications.
• Manage property inspections and maintenance requests.
• Prepare leasing reports and monitor occupancy.
• Support the corporate office as needed.
