Job summary

Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in leading various technical projects and program operations. The role includes gathering requirements, tracking status, coordinating across software testing, training, support, and systems engineering teams, and documenting workflows and processes.

The position is hybrid, based in Alexandria, VA with quarterly office visits. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and up to two years’ experience are required, along

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years or less business experience.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to audience.

Responsibilities

• Capture project requirements, track status, and report on progress.
• Manage change requests, configuration, and master data in the CRM system.
• Prepare documentation on processes, SOP guides, and instructional materials.
• Create, store, and deliver contractually required technical documents and reports.
• Assist with onboarding, clearances, compliance, and training tasks.
• Identify and drive process-improvement projects across the program.
