Job summary

JLL in Nashville, TN is seeking an Assistant Project Manager Lead to support our client across the State of Tennessee, with a hybrid onsite schedule and travel to project sites as needed.

The role covers base building, tenant improvements and interiors from pre-construction to occupancy, requiring collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient projects that meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years in construction project management (base building, logistics, or interiors).
• Knowledge of NFPA/OSHA, construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage clients and teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% statewide.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from design through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers and JLL teams.
• Review drawings, schedules, budgets, and reports to support delivery and compliance.
• Conduct site visits and reviews to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain clear client communications.
• Track financials, support cost-benefit analyses, and ensure data accuracy.
• Champion safety standards and verify closeout documentation.
