Growth path includes promotion to Project Manager over 1–3 years based on performance. Hybrid position based in Talladega with travel as needed; office at the Talladega site and one day per week from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in construction or project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF documentation.
• Experience with construction drawings and schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overall project management to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Read contracts and drawings to understand scope and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation on SharePoint and organize folders.
• Assist in developing plans, schedules, budgets, and agendas.
• Attend meetings, take notes, prepare minutes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external subcontractors to ensure project progress.
• Prepare change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project logs.
• Track material, equipment, and purchase orders.
