JLL in Nashville is seeking a Property & Asset Manager to oversee the strategic and operational aspects of a global property portfolio. You will lead a team of managers and engineers, collaborate with leasing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue, and ensure client satisfaction across the portfolio.

Location is flexible with Nashville ideal; remote or hybrid work schedule; 25% domestic travel. Base salary range is $133,100–$200,000 with potential annual bonus, reporting to Global Operations

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in property asset management with portfolio oversight.
• Strong knowledge of property management concepts and market trends.
• Proven track record in marketing and leasing space within a diverse portfolio.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM, and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and lead improvement initiatives within a team.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities; financial acumen.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and fast-paced decision making.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
