Job summary

Cambia Health seeks an Assistant Director of Payment Integrity Policy & Implementation to lead reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and ideation initiatives across multiple enterprise stakeholders. You will direct teams, budgets, and change management to ensure compliant, effective policies and strategic initiatives.

With 7+ years in health care leadership and strong expertise in policy, coding, and AI-enabled decision-making, you will drive cross-functional execution and long-term roadmaps

Qualifications

• Master's (or higher) degree in a health-related field required.
• Masters in public health, business administration, public administration, or other related field desired.
• Minimum of seven years of management or professional business experience in a managed health care system, medical group, hospital, or related health care delivery role.

Responsibilities

• Lead reimbursement policy and coding disputes initiatives across teams and vendors.
• Provide vision and leadership by developing budgets, policies, workflows, and change management plans.
• Oversee Reimbursement Policy Committee ensuring policies are vetted across enterprise stakeholders.
• Direct innovation teams to develop affordability initiatives and ensure timely policy updates.
• Provide strategic viewpoints and long-term roadmaps for reimbursement policy and Payment Integrity strategies.
