Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director Integrity Policy & Implementation to lead reimbursement policy and coding initiatives within our Affordability leadership team. You will shape strategy, oversee policy development, and drive operational excellence across internal and vendor collaborations.

This leadership role requires a Masters in a health-related field and at least seven years in managed care or healthcare delivery settings.

Qualifications

• Masters (or higher) in a health-related field is required.
• Seven years of management or professional business experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and Payment Integrity ideation initiatives.
• Provide vision, direction, and leadership to teams by developing budgets, policies, workflows, and change management plans.
• Oversee the Reimbursement Policy Committee across enterprise stakeholders.
• Direct innovation teams and coding disputes resolution for new affordability initiatives.
• Guide long-term roadmaps for reimbursement policy and Payment Integrity strategies.
• Maintain program governance, risks, dependencies, and executive communication.
• Direct data infrastructure enhancements to support policy development and IT needs.
• Provide direction to your team and foster a positive, growth-focused environment.
