Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the Payment Integrity strategy and deliverables in a hybrid role across multiple locations. You will lead Product Owners, align roadmaps with enterprise goals, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Claims, and vendors.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, vendor management, and delivering measurable outcomes while advancing claims processing improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payment Integrity product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to enterprise goals, medical expense reduction opportunities, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate payment integrity opportunities into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable work.
• Oversee operational, process, data, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Payment Integrity capabilities.
• Use financial, quality, operational, and vendor performance measures to evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend corrective action.
• Drive end-to-end readiness across claims editing and payment integrity workflows, including testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure vendor capabilities, integrations, performance, and roadmaps align with business needs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and trade-offs early and bring forward clear options and recommendations for decision.
