Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director Integrity Policy & Implementation to lead reimbursement policy and coding disputes, driving healthcare affordability initiatives across teams. You will guide budgets, policies, and change management to ensure policy alignment with strategic goals.

You will supervise data infrastructure upgrades, coordinate with Legal and Compliance, and shape long-term roadmaps for Payment Integrity strategies in a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Masters required in a health-related field; MPH/MBA/MPA desired.
• Minimum seven years of management or professional business experience in health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and Payment Integrity ideation initiatives.
• Provide vision and leadership to budgets, policies, workflows, and change management plans.
• Oversee Reimbursement Policy Committee across legal, compliance, benefits, and operations.
• Direct innovation teams and coding disputes resolution for affordability initiatives.
• Leverage knowledge of health plan operations to chart long-term roadmaps and regulatory considerations.
• Maintain program governance, drive accountability, and escalate risks to executives.
• Direct data infrastructure enhancements and IT needs for policy development and KPI tracking.
• Foster a positive leadership culture and support team growth.
